This was a typical raised bungalow form the 1950’s. It was the last standard house on the street before a string of Heritage dwellings. The owners wanted to add and renovate to be more in keeping with the heritage theme.

Poorly completed previous renovations prompted this renovation. After an extensive design process the owner;s specific modern aesthetic was achieved. A complete interior renovation as well as small additions were required to get here.
A standard raised bungalow was recreated with a second storey rear addition and complete interior renovation. This is now a more current home for a family of this era.
